This amazing ground floor villa is a 2 bedroom/2-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the guest bedroom. Play hard and rest easy at this coastal casual villa with amazing pond views. The villa sits right across the street from the Florida shores with direct beach access via the tram service/pass-over bridge, a very short walk to the beach, this upgraded villa gives you the chance to hit the beach and dive into local attractions, all while enjoying a quiet, 24-hour secured community.

Guest will have access to numerous resort amenities that will ensure you and your family have the best vacation ever including an Executive Par-3 Golf Course, 10 Plexicushion Tennis Courts, 5 Pickleball Courts, 10 Shuffleboard Courts, 11 pools (10 heated seasonally), 4 gulf-front hot tubs, onsite dining, and more!

The fitness center, golf, tennis (and private lessons), pickel ball and racket ball are available for additional fees on the resort. If interested you will need to visit The Club where you can make arangements.

Located centrally between the East and West ends of PCB, the luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach’s ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, and more. Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort are additional walkable restaurants and activities. Restaurants including NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an oyster bar, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House. The nearby activities include the hip Rock'it Lanes bowling alley/ arcade, Axe Throwing, and an escape room.

A short four mile drive to the famous Pier Park. Pier Park is Panama City Beach’s premier shopping and entertainment destination. Serving the Panama City Beach and 30A community, this outdoor complex boasts 124 stores, ranging from clothing for the whole family to home goods, shoes and jewelry. 

Up to two parking passes are available for use which will allow you to park directly in front of the unit. This also allows for great beach access and parking which is a short 2 minute drive away or about 10 minute walk. Also for convenience there's a tram which runs every 15-20 minutes to and from the beach. The nearest tram stop to the unit is a less than a minute walk. You can quickly access one of the resorts many heated Pools as the closest one to the unit is about a minute walk away.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
